Gathering Again

It is truly wonderful to gather with friends. I had the opportunity to do that when I was invited to a writing retreat in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania in early October.

After a year, or two of not gathering, I have to say, this was refreshing. It was a time of eating together, sharing stories, taking walks, watching movies, and writing. All four of us are on different writing journeys, but I must say I was honored to be in the presence of such great writers. It felt so, well, human again! 

October is a month of harvesting and gathering. I hope you can gather with friends and family soon.
